GROUP ROLES
- Facilitator: Keeps the group on task, ensures all members contribute, and guides the discussion.
- Scribe: Takes notes, captures key ideas, and may write a final summary.
- Reporter: Shares the group's ideas and conclusions with a larger audience.
- Monitor: Keeps the group focused on the agenda, redirects off-topic discussions, and ensures everyone has an opportunity to speak.
